Help Deciding on an Art Program..

So for my birthday, my dad is giving me 200 dollars to spend on an art program.
I'm aware that a lot of programs are easily 400+
but it's just a sort of head start on paying for it.
I've been looking into CS4, Painter II, and one I found recently called ZBrush.
If you guys have any opinions on these (or any others) that would be very helpful!
